1. Who we are

Solution One Pro ("we", "us") builds websites, applications and automation for small businesses. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your information. Questions: contact@solutiononepro.com.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide: name, email, phone, business name and any message you send through our website, forms, chat (NadIA) or social media.

Automatically: basic usage and device data, and cookies needed to operate and measure the site.

3. How we use it

To respond to your inquiries and provide our services; to send you information about our plans and offers when you contact us or consent; and to improve our website and customer experience.

4. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate: hosting (Vercel, Hostinger), database (Supabase), email (Resend), automation (n8n) and social platforms (Meta — Facebook & Instagram, YouTube/Google, TikTok) when we manage or measure our own accounts.

These providers process data only to provide their service to us and under their own terms.

5. Social platform APIs (YouTube, TikTok, Meta)

Our internal dashboard (Studio Pro) connects to the social accounts we own in order to read their public statistics — followers, views, likes and comments — and show them in one place. We access these accounts only with the owner's authorization and only to measure our own content.

Our use of YouTube data complies with the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) and the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). You can revoke our access to your Google data at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

We store this platform data on our own infrastructure (Supabase) for as long as we need it to analyze performance, and delete it on request. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it for automated decisions about individuals.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to run the site and optional cookies to understand usage. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser.

7. Data retention

We keep your information only as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it.

8. Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by emailing contact@solutiononepro.com. To delete your data, see our Data Deletion page at /data-deletion.

9. Children

Our services are intended for businesses and adults; we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The latest version will always be published on this page.
